NWP's Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the NCTE Annual Convention . NCTE's convention will be held at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort. Disney's Contemporary Resort is NWP's headquarters hotel.

Disney's Contemporary Resort is an ultra-modern Disney Deluxe Resort, with views of Space Mountain and Cinderella Castle. It's the only hotel in Walt Disney World Resort to have the Walt Disney World Monorail System pass through the main lobby.
