Transportation
NWP and NCTE Shuttles
NWP and NCTE will provide free shuttles for participants between Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Disney's Contemporary Resort. In addition, shuttles will run between the other properties in the NCTE housing block (Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort, Caribbean Resort, and All Star Resort) and the Coronado Springs Resort, from which participants will be able to shuttle to the Contemporary Resort.

- Thursday, November 18, 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
- Friday, November 19, 6:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m.
- Saturday, November 20, 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Sunday, November 21, 6:00 a.m.–10:30 p.m.
To and From the Airport
Transportation to and from Disney's Contemporary Resort is complimentary for Resort hotel guests.
Disney's Magical Express service transports you from Orlando International Airport to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, and picks up and delivers your bags to your room. And when your trip ends, the service will transport you and your luggage back to the airport.
How It Works
Reservations: Reserve Disney's Magical Express Transportation when you book your room online, by calling (407) WDW-MAGIC or (407) 939-6244, or with Disney's online form—reservations are required.
If you make your reservation more than 14 days prior to your departure, you will receive an Airport Transportation Booklet through the mail that includes special luggage tags. Place those tags on your luggage and check it at your departing airport as you would normally.
If you make your reservation less than 14 days prior to your departure and you do not receive your Airport Transportation Booklet, you may still use Disney's Magical Express! Simply proceed to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center in Terminal B, Level 1 once you arrive at Orlando International Airport.
Baggage Claim: Upon landing at Orlando International Airport, skip baggage claim and proceed to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center in the Main Terminal Building, B side, Level 1. Disney's Magical Express service will collect your luggage and deliver it directly to your Walt Disney World hotel room within three hours after you check in at the resort. Luggage delivery service provided by Disney's Magical Express is available for flights arriving between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm daily. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., guests may collect their luggage at Baggage Claim and transport it with them on the motor coach.
International Flights: International guests flying into Orlando International Airport from another country must follow the U.S. Customs and Border Protection process and claim luggage after disembarking the plane. Disney's Magical Express service will recollect your luggage and deliver it directly to your Walt Disney World hotel room within four hours after you check in at the resort. Luggage delivery service provided by Disney's Magical Express is available for flights arriving between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. Returning to the Airport: As your trip draws to a close, you'll receive a Transportation Notice advising you of the pick-up time and place for your motor coach ride back to Orlando International Airport. Please note that it is your responsibility to bring your luggage to the pick-up point.
