No-Cost Extension Request Form
Overview
The No-Cost Extension Request Form is to be used to request an extension of unspent NWP grant funds, as needed, contingent upon the terms of the particular funding source and the associated programmatic requirements of the grant. All extension requests must include a rationale for how the carry-forward funds will continue to be spent in line with the grant's original programmatic purpose. Funds may not be repurposed for general site use. Any grant funds left unspent by the end of the original performance period or the end of the approved no-cost extension period must be refunded to NWP.
Submission Instructions
The No-Cost Extension Request Form (available below) must be filled out (details available within the form), printed, and signed by the Writing Project Site Director and the university contracting officer. The completed and signed form should be submitted by two weeks prior to the end date of the grant. Email a scanned PDF of the form to support@nwp.org.
