Site Program Data
NEW!
NWP has launched a completely redesigned and comprehensive data collection and site management system—the NWP Site Dashboard—for use by NWP site leaders and delegates. Program data reporting requirements have changed. For example, less detail is requested for programs not funded by an NWP grant, and more detail about participants is required for NWP grant-funded programs and leadership development programs (e.g., invitational institutes for teachers new to the Writing Project). For all data reporting tasks, the system has been modernized and streamlined to improve usability and efficiency for NWP sites.
Overview
Each National Writing Project site submits program and participant data using the NWP Site Dashboard. The data include information about site-sponsored professional development, leadership development, and youth/family/community programs, including participant information for these programs, such as school and district information for educator participants. These data are used in network-wide reports and analyses.
In addition, site program data reports will be available on the Reports tab (to be released in a future system update) for the current and prior years since 2005-06 (if applicable) for strategic planning, advocacy, and fundraising.
Current Task
Enter information about your site's work during the 17-18 reporting year (9/1/17–8/31/18).
Accessing the System
Only active NWP site directors, principal investigators (PIs), and program data delegates currently have access to your site's dashboard. You must be logged in to access the NWP Site Dashboard. If you are a director or PI and are not able to access the system, please contact us (information below).
