Amy Clark is founding Director of the Appalachian Writing Project-VA and Associate Professor of Rhetoric and Writing at The University of Virginia's College at Wise. Her commentaries on central Appalachia have been published from Florida to New York. She is a nominee for the 2009 Outstanding Faculty Award in Virginia for her work with the AWP.
