Clemson Writing Project

Patrick Pritchard is Assistant Professor of Education at Wesleyan College, the oldest women's college in the world. He has a B.A. in social sciences for secondary education and a B.S. in liberal arts from Eastern Mennonite College in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He also has an M.Ed. in special education and a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from Clemson University, where he was associated with the Clemson Writing Project. This piece evolved from the Clemson Writing Project's focus on writing about place.
