Technology Liaisons Network Grants
The Technology Liaisons Network (TLN) offered minigrant funds every fall between 2004 and 2010. The special-focus networks minigrant program worked in conjunction with the NWP Continued Funding Application, and minigrant funds were awarded to sites with proposals that furthered the mission and goals of the network.
Funding criteria and awards were determined through a peer-review process; grants were awarded in the spring of each year minigrants were available.
