A New Writing Project Site Report

Summary: This year, the NWP has shifted its narrative reporting from the previous Continued Funding Application (CFA) to a new Writing Project Site Report. In this NWP Radio program, colleagues from the network talk about the new reporting structure and how their sites are thinking about responding.

One of the things that directors were really helpful with, was, over and over saying, 'Why are we doing this? What is the purpose of this report? Who are we writing it to?' And so we really changed it. You will not recognize most of this report. And it's kind of exciting to me. We've retained, of course—we hope—the value of it as a document around which to gather a leadership team and reflect on the year's work. But we really changed the audience to primarily a network of other sites.
